One of our favorite things to do in our kitchen is to mix classic fall flavors with chocolate. We start with the bounty of the season - locally-grown pumpkins, fresh apples, bog cranberries - and blend them with traditional New England sweeteners like maple syrup and boiled cider. A dash wood-smoked Maine sea salt and a pinch or two of cozy spices, and you are transported into the crisp fall air of a sun-dappled orchard in Maine. These are chocolates to be thankful for!
