Handmade in small batches, our Rye Whiskey Caramel Sauce is boozy and buttery and totally bitchin'. We start with organic sugar, Maine cream and butter, and bring it all together with a healthy glug of New England Distilling Gunpowder Rye Whiskey. Serve it over peanut butter ice cream, or stir into your morning coffee. We won't judge.
Salted Honey Caramel Sauce
Handmade in small batches, our Salted Honey Caramel Sauce is light amber and speckled with real vanilla beans. We cook our sauce slowly (to ensure plenty of flavorful caramelization) with fresh Maine butter and cream, and locally-produced honey.
